Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
Our products ship from within the United States. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days and typically arrive within 7-15 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. For orders shipping to Canada, a flat rate of $7.99 applies. The shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. We hope to expand to more countries in the future.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and have their original tags still attached. To start a return, just contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover the cost of return shipping. Once you reach out to start a return, we'll provide everything you need to send the item back.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time we receive it for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, though orders that have already shipped can't be changed.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes sizing details to help you find your best fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out and we're happy to advise.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
For health and hygiene reasons, certain intimate items — including sports bras, underwear, and similar apparel — are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
