Order processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping destinations and delivery times We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as transit times may vary due to factors outside our control.

Shipping rates We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. For orders shipping to Canada, a flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies. Your shipping cost will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking your order Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Lost, delayed, or damaged items If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
