Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.
Return window You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Condition of items To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return.
Hygiene exclusions For health and hygiene reasons, certain intimate items — including sports bras, underwear, and similar apparel — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
How to start a return To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and we will guide you through the process. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
Return shipping We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will provide everything you need to send the item back to us.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your return for the refund to be completed. You will be notified once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Order changes and cancellations If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.
